Real-Time Statistics and Results
One of the main advantages of collecting data online is the capacity to track project progress and key statistics in real time. All online survey projects conducted through SRI provide a standard real-time reporting module which allows clients to track:
- Summary statistics of completed surveys, incompleted surveys, and average survey completion time
- Survey completion numbers across any time frame
- Frequencies, cross tabulations, and other descriptive statistics
- Quotas or sub groups (e.g. limiting the number of males under age 50 who will complete the survey)

Data Processing and Cleaning
For our clients that have the internal capacity to analyze their survey data, We work with their analysis team to ensure that they have the knowledge and documentation required to have a complete understanding of the data we collect online.
We effectively communicate and collaborate with our clients to ensure that their data is processed according to their specifications. We can present data in many different formats including:

All data sets delivered by SRI include a full validation report detailing electronic survey instrument testing and error checking. Open ended (text) survey responses can be provided within the quantitative data file or separately. Additional processing (e.g. collapsing variables, creation of new variables) is available upon request. All data sets are presented with comprehensive metadata including code books and data maps.
